The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, and backing by south to east; the weather will probabfy prove squally and changeable for short time, with scattered rain probable; the night will probable be very cold; barometer rising soon; sea considerable; tides good.
