The situation in TJkraima is going badly "for the Bolsheviks. The 24th. Soviet Regiment mutinied and joined the insurgents. Notwithstanding the despatch of thirty-six strong detachments to Ekaterinoslav the Bolsheviks did: not meet with any success, Ifteir cavalry was unable to stand against the courageous onslaughts of the insurgent cavalry.
