A Newcastle message reports that the Garbeta has sailed for Wellington. Advice has been received that the Corinna left Wellington last night for Duriedin, where she will take in cargo and proceed to New Plymouth, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Nelson.

Another steamer is coming direct to New Plymouth from San ; Francisco with a .cargo of case oil, and she is due here about the middle of March. The quantity of oil and the name of the vessel are not known yet. The Kaiapoi sailed from Melbourne on February 12 Bluff. She carries 130 b-lgs of mails, including 2 bags from the East and 4 bags from Africa. The vessel is expected to reach New Plymouth from (southern ports early next month.

The Qtira is to leave St. John at the end of this month cargo-laden for New Zealand and Australian ports. The Northumberland, at preseat urnloading New York cargo at\Auckland, is to sail from the latter port to-day for Wellington, where she is due on Saturday with part cargo to discharge.

Cable advice has been received' that the Koranui left Port Kembla on Sunday coal-laden for Wellington. The vessel is due on Saturday. . ' . The Navua left Suva for Auckland at 8.30 p.m. on Friday with passengers and a cargo of fruit. The Navua's departure from Auckland for Fiji, I Tonga and Samoa has been postponed j till Monday at 4 p.m. The Waimate, due at Auckland about March 15 from St. John, has a total of f 4500 tons of cargo for the Dominion.

The Piako, which left Liverpool on February 2, is bringing to New Zealand ports a total of 8750 ''tons of cargo.
