REFUND APPROVED

MELBOURNE, -Feb. 17

Caibinet has approved of a refund of the additional duty in every ease where excess duty has been paid, in accordance with former departmental practice, on goods in stock and unsold at the date of the High Court's judgment. It also decided that no claims be made for duty short paid, and that there be no refunds where duty has been overoaid.
