The vO'Callaghan case has been agaii\ brought actively under the notice of the the Secretary of State and the Secretary .of Labour. His Attorneys are memoisa__i__ing Mr Colby (Secretary of State) and Mr Wilson (Secretary of Labour), claiming his right of sanctuary and asylum in the United States. Senator King, meanwhile, states that protests will be sent to President W^son against the continued presence of O'Callaghan in the United States.
