WEEK-END FIRES.

ATTRIBUTED TO SINN FEINERS.

(Received Feb. 14, 10.40 a.-m.) , LONDON, Feb. 13. Four fires which occurred in Manchester during the week-end are attributed to Sinn Feiners. In each case rags, saturated with petrol, were thrown into mills and factories during the night. Much damage" was done at the Thornham mill skips yard, bales of cotton stored in the cellars being destroyed, but generally the fires were ' discovered quickly, and little damage was done.
