The Senate Ts navar report, cabled ©n the Bth, poinds cut that the United States must maintain a navy at least equal to that of any other Power an order to defend the material possessions of her citizens and the principles upon which the nation is founded. [A cable message published yesterday stated-: The Senate Naval Committee will submit, a report to the Senate disapproving of Senator Borah's disarmament resolution, -and declaring that the present American naval programme _should be continued, capital ships being an efficient flighting unit ]
