In the House of Commons, Mr Archibald Hurd suggested that witnesses at the Imperial Defence Committee's enquiry into the question, of new naval construction should include those withi special knowledge of the Dominions'' viewpoint. Mr Lloyd George replied that this was very important, because they trusted that the Dominions would take a fair part in any naval construction in future.
