(Reuter.) DELHI, Dec. 10. It is announced that the Afghan dele- [ gates, having placed the results of the recent discussions before the Amir, the ': latter wrote to the Viceroy in the i friendliest terms, inviting a British Mission to Kabul for the conclusion of ' a treaty. . • . | - The British Government has now authorised the Government of India to accept the same. The Mission consists or Mr Henry Debbs (Foreign Seere- . tary;, Swanal, Sir Shanis Isas, Messrs 1 ears and Acheson (political officers) and Colonel Muspratt. - . • The Mission crosses the frontier at the end. of December. India has been expecting this, announcement for some time.
