(Reuter.) DELHI, Dec. 10. It is announced that the Afghan dele- [ gates, having placed the results of the recent discussions before the Amir, the ': latter wrote to the Viceroy in the i friendliest terms, inviting a British Mission to Kabul for the conclusion of ' a treaty. . • . | - The British Government has now authorised the Government of India to accept the same.
