Ihe Bankers' and Farmers' Industrial Conference at Chicago has voted a denmte organisation of a billion dollars in support of th e Foreign Credit Corporatson to operate, under the Federal reserve" laws. The corporation's authorised capital will start at £100,000,000 dollars, but will be capable of expanding to a billion.
