ANOTHER GERMAN LINER ON FIRE.
LONDON, Oct. 13. A message from Hamburg states that & big fire occurred on the Ham-burg-Amerika liner 'Victoria Luise lying in the Vulcan Yards. Following the recent outbreak on the Bismarck, this makes at least nine cases of German liners set on fire since J:he armistice.. Incendiarism has been proved in
