At the Magistrate's Court, hefove Mr Kenrick. S.M., Tiiawahiki Mate.haere was charged with the manslaughter of Tengae Hunia on April 26. It was alleged that during a row among Maoris in a street, the accused nushed Hunia, wV> fpl!. ptrikme his hp-xd on the asphalt. The hearing was adjourned. .
