DELHI, July 29.
In connection with the Waziristan expedition, the Afridis continue, to surrender rifles and pay fines. A British picket was ambushed by recalcitrant tribesmen in the vicinity of Makin, and three were killed. The Mahsud Waziris in the Khost district are «ettling down to normal conditions.
