MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.

AUCKLAND, June 16. The jury failed to agree in the charge of manslaughter against a young man, Alfred Thomas Percy Dare (23), whom the police accuse of taking a Ford motor car from outside the Opera House, and driving it so recklessly that he collided with and killed Arthur John Horton at Penrose on the afternoon of January 16 last. The Judge ordered a fresh trial.
