LONDON, June 11.

The wool sales closed flat. Ninety! two thousand bales were catalogued, and about forty thousand were withdrawn compared with May. Best combing merinos declined 20 per cent., Continental sorts and scoureds ten, faulty carbonising recovered slightly during the sales to ten; crossbreds improved gradually and closed at ten down; medium five; t-lipes and scoured in fair demand, but largely withdrawn at th* Government reserves. Lambs declined live to ten.
