SEAMEN'S DISPUTE SETTLED. AGREEMENT SIGNED. (BY TELEGBATTT —PH2BS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 14. A new agreement was drawn up at the recent Wellington conference between the shipowners andl the Seamen's Union. It having been endorsed by all branches of the Union was signed to-day by representatives of the parties.
