REINSTATEMENT OF MONARCHY DESIRED. BY CABLE-PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT BUDAPEST, Jan. 27. The party which advocated the reinstatement of the Monarchy secured an overwhelming majority at the Hungarian elections, owing to the Social Democrats and the Radicals refraining from voting. The National Assembly will decide who is to be the future Monarch. It is believed Prince Otto, the eldest son of the ex-Emperor Carl, will be chosen.
