It is understood that Major D. A. Yarnold, R.F.C., a British "ace," who is en route to Australia, has cancelled bis journey and is to enter the Vickers 1 Company's service and make arrangements for a trans-Pacific flight from Australia to San Francisco. A special Vickers-Viking machine is being built at Weybridge. The flight is dependent on the permission of the War' Office.
