CONFERENCE OF. ASSOCIATIONS
tBY TELEGRAPH—PKEBS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., Jan. 7. A conference of delegates of hockey associations in the North Island commenced this morning, with the object of revising the boundaries between the districts in which friction occurred through irregularly defined lines of demarcation. Mr Goodwin, president of the New Zealand Executive, is presiding. Delegates are present from Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Feilding, Manawatu, Horowhenua, Marton, and Taihape. The chairman, in his opening remarks, said that anything the conference might decide would be brought up for confirmation at the meeting of the' New Zealand Executive in April. The conference is proceeding.
