Another piteous appeal has been isby representatives of th^ Entente of Northern Russia to the democracies not to leave them to mercy of the Bolshevists. In the of justice and humanity and for sake of the sanctity of human life | appeal urges that the Allied armies not withdrawn and the population left to massacre, starvation, ruin. The appeal concludes: "We you to heed this cry of despair and (United Service.) ■ COPENHAGEN, Aug. 90.'
