BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Aug. 21, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. 20. The new aliens restriction order will continue with many of the wartime embargoes. Enemy aliens must obtain the Home Secretary's permission to land, and other aliens must obtain immigration officeis' permits, which may be refused if an alien is indigent, mentally deficient, or cannot show that a job awaits him. Many of the provisions regulate aliens' movements after admission.
