The fall of Petrograd is imminent. The Allies have arranged for provisioning the 'city.

It is helieved the Entente's recogniton of General Koltehak is imminent.

M. Seminoff, interviewed in London, explained that all parties except the Bolshevists were associated with General Koltehak. The Government at Archangel in the north and General Deniken in the south were pledged to hold a- constituent assembly as early »s possible.
