COPENHAGEN, May 20

Lettish troops occupied Riga and shot most of the Bolshevik commissioners. The Esthonians, supported by Russians' and Germans, are rapidly advancing between the Narva and Gdov (Pskov ?). They have reached the lower part of the Luga river, 120 miles eastward of Petrograd. The force captured 25,000 prisoners and three armored trains. The enemy is in disorderly flight.
