A Berlin wireless communique states that Herr Scheidenumn has sent a proclamation to Danzig as follows: "We will fight to the uttermost against the separation of. German territory by violence. Danzig is German to-day and will be for ever. It must remain the visible sign \o stimulate us in the battle, which will demand all our strength,"
