The report and balance-sheet were adopted, also the reports anc, balancesheets of the Sunday School and of the day school? The day school report showed that the present roll'number was 112. The Government inspectors' report was Satisfactory. Miss Banwell, who had sue-' ceeded Mr s Beardmore as principal of the school, had reorganised the school throughout. Miss Bates had also resigned from the kindergarten department, and Miss Withy had been appointed m her place. The other members of the staff had been very loyal in their work all through the y^ar. .*• Miss Banwell (lady principal of the day school) briefly outlined the requirements to meet the growth and development of the school. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year :—Vicar's warden, Mr AY. Graham; people's warden, Mr G. A. Burgess (Mr S. Corrv declined nomination); vestry, Messrs Leighton, Parionson, Silson Stockwell, Corry, Smith, Burt, Atkin. Buckeridge, and Sutton; auditor, Mr C. D. Arlidge; St. Mary's Sohool Committee: Messrs W. D. Powdrell, C. H. Walker, Cunrmings (representing parents), W. Sutton, J. C. Smith, and S. E. Corry (representing the vestry).
