(BY TELEGEAPn —PBEBH ASSOCIATION.) WE3TPORT, April 8. A mass meeting at Millerton this morning unanimously sent the following ultimatum to the management: The miners are prepared to truck in case of accident to or sickness of the trucked", and to receive full shift pay; that no miner will go trucking unless he receives full shift; no collier to truck his own coal except in isolated places and then work on shift wages.
