WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO CHINA

It is understood that the .Czechoslovak Commission gives the city of Presbur to the Czechs, while Hungarian districts inhabited Uy Ruthenes will probably be handed to Roumania. The greater part of Torontal and the western part of the Banait of Temesvar are likely to belong to Serbia. M. Saito, secretary to M.
