WANGANUI, Feb. 15. lUe dmmpton court-martial was resumed to~day. Arthur George Faulkner, who was on guard at the detention barracks, gave for tin© defence in the case of which Oampton was charged with permitting unnecessary force on Donovan Faulkner denied that Donovan was •truck or dragged about the yard. Another charge of permitting unnecessary force to be used on Donovan was also heard, the evidence being similar to that in the previous case. The Court adjourned till Monday,
