PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE.

LOrsDON, Feb. 12. In the House of Commons, Mr Bonar Law moved a series of resolutions allocating the time entirely to Government business. Mr Adamson protested that the proposal established a dictatorship, and urged that in view of the industrial unrest the Labor Party should be given the opportunity of introducing measures to remove the causes of the unrest.

Mr Bonar Law adopted Mr Donald McLean's suggestion that the restriction should operate only until March 81.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Aesn.
