MISUSE OF STRASSBURG CATHEDRAL.
PARIS, Feb. 11. General Hirschmer reported that Marshal Foch has obtained evidence that the Germans used Strassburg Cathedral for_ military purposes, doing what they unjustly accused the French of at Rheims.—Reuter.
