(Received-May 11, 8.50 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, May 10. A Vienna telegram states that in exchange for territorial acquisitions in the Dobrudja, Bulgaria will recognise and consolidate all her floating debts in Ger_ many for army supplies. The Sobranje will be asked to vote 1| milliards of marks and a 4£ per cent, loan for that amount. A German4Bplgar company will exploit Constant Jkrbor and also the Constanza-Cernav«fc railway line. —Reuter.
