HOLLAND NOT DISPOSED TO YIELD.
(Times.) (Received April 26, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 25. The Times' Hague correspondent reports that the Dutch Government is not disposed to yield to the German demand for the uncontrolled passage of sand and gravel. The Apress says that neutrality will be maintained whatever happens.
