AS PLANNED

WARFARE OF MOVEMENT.

".:..- (United Service.) • {Received March 28, ,12.45 p.m.) AMSTERDAM/March 27. A German correspondent interviewed Ludendorff, who said they had been j preparing for the battle strenuously for three months. Things were going exactly as planned, and the troops were showing' great elan. He added that the devastation had - deeply impressed the Kaiser, who declared we should be glad that otir country had escaped such terrible things.
