THE ARTHUR'S PASS TUNNEL.
CHRISTCHURCH. March 27. A large deputation representing the Canterbury and West Coast interests waited on the Minister of Public Works to-day to urge the speedy com"lation. <>f the Arthur's Pass tunnel. The Minister said the tunnel must be completed, but it was largely a question of expert labor and finance.
