SUBMARINES WILL HALVE ENGLISH TONNAGE.
AMSTERDAM, March 7
Admiral yon Mueller, head of the engineering branch of the German Navy, informed the newspapers that submarines will sink 600,000 tons monthly from January Ho June, 1918, thereby halving the total English tonnage, 'excluding vessels under 2000 tons.
