LARGE QUANTITY STILL IN STORE.

(By Telegraph—Special to the Star.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 12. TJnforseen difficulties regarding the shipment of butter have caused a serious position. Most of the overseas vessels leavin- of late have been unable to find room for butter, with the result that 400,000 cases are in store in New Zealand to-day Producers are teheved of their financial difficulties by reason that the Imperial authorities have advanced 90 per cent, of the value of the butter, a s they were anxious for the future. I am officially informed that the difficulties will be removed in a few weeks when a quantity of butter urgently needed m England will be got away. "
