GREAT GERMAN OFFENSIVE

IMMINENT.

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11. The Secretary for War, Mr N. D. Baker, in a communique to-day, expresses the opinion that a big German offensive at several points on the West front is imminent. Germany is strengthening her West front troops from the Austrian and Russian fronts.

There is, he adds, great dissatisfaction in Austria owing to the dispatch of Au3trians to the West front.
