SITUATION IN UKRAINE.

RADA ALLEGEDLY BLOTTED OUT

(Australian-N.Z. C.A. and Reuter.)

(Received Feb. 12 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 11

A Russian wireless message states that an official message from Brest Litovsk has informed Trotsky that prior to the eighth the whole of Kieff was in the hands of the Soviets with the exception of the Pechersky monastery, where the remnants of the Kieff Rada were entrenched. Pechersky was captured on the eighth, and the remnants of the Rada forces fled. Nothing remains of the Rada but a sad memory, and its delegation to Brest Litovsk is, therefore, a non-existent . authority.
