The Editor is at all times glad to receive correspondence giving news or expressing opinions on public matters. When " Correspondence" or Articles are signed with the writer's name or Initials, or with a pseudonym, or are marked "Communicated," The ,Star must not necessarily be held in agreement with the views therein expressed or with the mode of expression. In such instances, or in the case of " Letters to the Editor," insertion may only mean that the matter or point of view is considered of sufficient pubiic interest and importance to warrant publication.
