Food supplies in North Russia are running out. Coal from the Don has stopped, consequently factories are closing and trains are ceasing. Distress is becoming general, and is certain to lead to the greatest disorders. The Bolsheviki are endeavoring to attribute the situation to the Cadets, who are even accused of instigating the recent awful progoms, but the troops and the masses are certain soon to hold the Bolsheviki responsible. Tlie Bolsheviki are endeavoring to postpone a conflict with South Russia, and a ferocious war of the classes .threatens a complete social catastrophe, with eventual subjection to German Imperialism. The Bolsheviki have' therefore despatched delegates to Kieff to endeavor to conciliate the south. j
