The same firm will also sell a desirable property of l£ acres and 5-room-ed house situate at Winyard street, Normanby, on Saturday, January 12, at 2 p.m. Osborne and Turnbull will offer by auction at their rooms to-morrow (Saturdny) at 1 o'clock, a large consignment of assorted fruits, including aoples, peaches, plums and tomatoes; also furniture, poultry and general sundries.
