The Leipzig Yolks Zeitung accuses Dr Kuhlrnann of lying and fraud. The Zeitung says that everyone in Germany, Russia, and the Allied countiies now knows that Germany was not aiming for a just peace such as Dr Kuhlrnann depicted on December 25, but for an enormous increase of Germany's power, which "will only strengthen the Allies' war will.
