MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day as follows:—The indica-r tions are for fa-eshening northerly strong winds to a gale. Expect warm and humifl conditions with increasing haze and coludines& for an unfavorable change in weather; barometer falling; tides and sea moderate.
