NO INFANTRY ACTION IN FLANDERS. USEFUL NAVAL AIR WORK. (Australian-N.Z. C.A. and Reuter.) (Received Nov. 12. 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 11. Sir l>ouglas Haig reports: Heavy rair is falling. There was hostile artillery activity against our positions at Passchendaele and the ground captured northward of the village, but no infantry action. The Admiralty reports that the air sei-vice bombed St. Denis Western and Bruges docks on Friday night, and dropped large quantities of explosives with good results. All the machines returned.
