PLANS TO PROVOKE CIVIL WAR
(Received Oct. 30, 11.45 a.m) PARIS, Oct, 29. lhe military governor ordered a search of the offices of Royalist newspapers.
Simualtaneous searches elsewhere revealed stores of firearms accumulated s*nce the war; also documents disclosing schemes tending to provoke civil war and plans for arming citizens. Proceedings have been commenced on charges of conspiring to produce civil war.
