MUTINOUS INFANTRY
AN AGREEMENT WITH HOLLAND.

LONDON, Oct, 27. The Amsterdam correspondent of the Daily Express states that two thousand infantry at Cologne barracks, who were ordered to Flanders, mutinied and disobeyed the colonel's orders. They destroyed their rifles and equipment, and stoned the general commanding Cologne. The mutineers were arrested, twenty-six being court-martialled.
Wireless German official: Strong Franco-British attacks in the sector Bixschoote to Roulers-Ypres railway, also astride the Menin-Ypres road, broke down sanguinarily. We are making rapid progress on the Italian front, securing prisoners and booty hourly.
AMSTERDAM, Oct. 26. The Norddeutsche Allegemaine Zeitung states that the agreement between Holland and Germany begins to-day, Germany supplying coal, iron ,-md stee! in. exchange for foodstuffs, particularly butter and cheese.
