Padexeweskii, the pianist, ailfcer ■& ■tour of the United States, offers ,tke Government to raise an army of 150,000 Poles for service in France.
The United States will provide Italy with 100,000 tons of shipping immediately, most of which will be takea from the coaatal traffic.
