In the matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and of the Regulations made thereunder, and in the matter of the proposal to borrow, by way of Special Loan, from the State Advances Office, a sum of £500, for the purpose of constructing Nowell's Road for a distance of 84 chains from the Manawapou Road.
