CABBY'S ADVICE.
The cabby regarded the brokendpwn j taxi with a gleam of delight, but did j not speak, the chauffeur began operaj ting on his machine. He turned and j twisted it, and banged, it, and screwed, ■ ■. but to no avail, and still the cabby 1 spoke not. Then the chauffeur wiped j I his brow, and the cabby, still with a j gleam in his eye, crossed over. I J "Ere!" he exclaimed, grimly, holding j j out his whip. Ere yer are, mister, 'it : 'im with this!"
