ATHENS, Aug. 2. Diplomats from Sofia and Constantinople report that the condition of the Greeks in bath countries is lamentable. Ihose in villages of eastern Macedonia have beea derxirted to eastern Rumeha under the worst conditions. The reserve forces of the Balgarian army are exhausted, and their morale its at si row ebb.
